We are excited to welcome all new and returning families to Ben Franklin for the 2026–2027 school year! The Ben Franklin PTA has been working hard behind-the-scenes to prepare for a great year for all students, staff, and the Franklin community. We're so glad you're here and look forward to meeting you!
The Ben Franklin PTA is looking forward to continuing to support the Franklin community this year. We have many ways that you can get involved – join the PTA, volunteer your time, donate funds, and sign up for our mailing list and Facebook page to stay informed about what the PTA is up to and opportunities for you to get involved.

Ninja Warrior Run: Our Big Fundraiser Is Here!
This is the PTA's only fundraiser of the year, and it makes a real difference — funding math and reading programs, staff training, classroom supplies, field trips, and enrichment for every Franklin student. Help us reach our $113,000 goal! Students celebrate with an obstacle course during recess on October 7.
Announcements
School Picture Day — Tuesday, September 29. Volunteers are needed to help the kids on picture day.
Garden Club — Friday, October 2, during lunch recess. The first Garden Club session of the year! Students will sample the fall produce our volunteers tended over the summer.
5th Grade Camp Fundraiser at Dough Zone — October 2–4. Dough Zone Kirkland Urban will donate 10% of proceeds from dine-in and phone orders to help cover 5th Grade Camp costs. Mention Ben Franklin Elementary when ordering.
Walk & Ride to School Day — Friday, October 9, 8:00–9:00 a.m. Walk, roll, bike, bus, or carpool to school! Volunteers needed.
