Why are we starting electronic Thursday Packets?
We have heard from parents that Thursday Packets don't always make it
home or arrive in a timely manner and therefore you don't always know
what is going on at the school. Also, the Thursday Packets require a
lot of paper: 440 copies of each item that gets sent home adds up
quickly. The electronic Thursday Packets will allow us to let you know
what events are happening at the school and in the PTA before they
happen.
How did you get my email?
You are receiving this email because you signed up at Curriculum Night
or through your teacher to allow the PTA to send you electronic
information. Look for emails from the PTA once a week with the
Thursday Packet News. Every once in a while the PTA will send you a
reminder email of a special Ben Franklin event, such as Pizza Night. If your email changes, click here to update it.
If you would like to stop receiving the email, you may opt out using the "Unsubscribe" link at the top of the email.
What if I really need a paper copy? Paper copies will go home with the eldest student for another month, just as we have done in the past. Once the transition period is over, we will print a one page summary of the news to send home with the eldest child.
