We have several xxx@mybenfranklinpta.org email addresses that are set up. This allows us to have communications go directly to treasurer@mybenfranklinpta.org even though the actual person that receives the communications may change from year to year. The two most important addresses, though, are: board@mybenfranklinpta.org: this reaches ONLY the Executive Board members (Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer, and VPs) fullboard@mybenfranklinpta.org: this reaches the Executive Board, the principal, and the teacher representatives (ie don't use this email during events like Staff Appreciation Week!)
