Request for PTA Funding

The philosophy of the Ben Franklin PTA is to spend any funds raised in the same year, so that the students and families who raised the money will benefit as much as possible. If our jog-a-thon is successful and we raise funds exceeding the budgeted amount, we will determine the best way to spend the extra funds in the Fall of that year, and then we will reassess, and any remaining funds will be spent in the Spring. 

We will accept fund requests on an ad hoc basis at any time of the year.  If the project is accepted, but no funds are available at the moment, the project will be kept on the funding list and evaluated at the next Funding Meeting (held in the Fall and the Spring).
