2011-2012 Budget

The 2011-2012 budget was approved at the May General Membership meeting.  Our focus for next year is to offset the loss of income from PACE (discontinued program) with additional Matching Funds and Amazon.  Matching funds are an easy way to increase our income and the money:  many employers offer matching funds for the Jogathon, as well as other financial contributions and compensation for volunteer hours.  Order from Amazon?  Start from the Ben Franklin link to Amazon and the PTA earns a percentage of your purchase (purchases are anonymous) and the students benefit.

Increased expenses in next year's budget go toward a variety of student related causes:  two classes moving up to the Junior high, instead of one, increased stipends for 5th/6th grade camps, increased funding of the school's Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP).  Comments on the budget can be directed to Mandi or Valerie and Donna.
