Weekly Update Submission Process We are officially communicating through e-packets to Ben Franklin Community. Currently, the e-packets are sent out via email weekly on Wednesday afternoon. We are no longer printing and copying flyers so process is as follows: the week that you have something to send to the Franklin community, please do the following: Weekly Update Process At Ben Franklin we communicate to parents via “Weekly Updates” that are emailed out weekly on a Wednesday afternoon. We no longer print & copy flyers to send home. If you have an item for our Weekly Update and school website, you need to: 1) Create a flyer with; who, what, where, when and description. Please: a) Make sure there are contact details. b) Include either "Brought to you by the Ben Franklin PTA" or "Proudly Sponsored by the Ben Franklin PTA" if this is a PTA activity. c) Place links to both the School and PTA web sites at the bottom of your flyer: www.lwsd.org/franklin and www.mybenfranklinpta.org 2) Email flyer to Lori Neumann lneumann@lwsd.org for approval.3) Once approved, send flyer in Word (or PDF) format to updates@mybenfranklinpta.org. Our website gurus and e-packet master will post on the website and include in the weekly update.
